Agreement

This document constitutes an agreement ("Agreement") between you ("User") and Danylo Kyrylenko ("Developer") regarding the use of the Explorim mobile application ("App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, the User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.

1. App Description

The App is developed to provide travelers with information about sights and unique objects in the city they are visiting. It offers an app for users to explore and learn about various points of interest, including descriptions, images, and user-generated content.

2. User Obligations

a. The User shall use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

b. The User shall not engage in any unauthorized activities or use the App for any illegal purposes.

c. The User shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

a. All intellectual property rights related to the App, including but not limited to content, designs, logos, and trademarks, are the property of the Developer.

b. The User shall not use, copy, modify, or distribute any intellectual property belonging to the Developer without prior written consent.

4. Privacy Policy

The User's privacy is important to the Developer. The collection, use, storage, and protection of personal information are governed by the App's Privacy Policy. By using the App, the User acknowledges and agrees to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

a. The Developer shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, except where prohibited by law.

b. The Developer does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided within the App.

6. Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify and hold the Developer harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from their use of the App, including any violation of these terms and conditions.

7. Termination

a. The Developer reserves the right to terminate or suspend the User's access to the App at any time without prior notice, in case of violation of these terms or for any other reason.

b. The User may terminate this Agreement by discontinuing the use of the App.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
